DEPOSIT: A BOOKING FEE is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be credited towards total cost of service. Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE but can be applied towards another booking (within 1yr) if 72 HRS cancelation notice is given. 

CANCELATION POLICY: As a small business, part of our success depends on mutual respect of time. We require at least 72 HRS notice for CHANGES or CANCELATIONS. If you give less than 72 HRS notice, "forget" or NO-SHOW for your appointment you will automatically forfeit your Booking Fee. A new fee will apply to reschedule. 

LATE POLICY: If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment time for unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We are often booked back-to-back. Clients who arrive more than 20min late may forfeit their booking fee & have to reschedule to a different day.     

EARLY ARRIVALS: Please refrain from arriving more than 5 min early for your appointment. 


TOUCH-UPS: In almost all cases, 2 sessions will be required to complete your cosmetic tattoo: 1 INITIAL PROCEDURE & 1 INITIAL TOUCH-UP. All services are PAID PER SESSION. For best results & pricing, schedule your Touch-Up 2 to 4 months after Initial Procedure for BROWS, and 3 to 6 months after Initial Procedure for EYES & LIPS. Pricing for Touch-Ups increases after this time frame, as outlined on our PRICE LIST page. It is the clients responsibility to schedule their touch-up accordingly. Please plan ahead. 

MAINTENANCE: Cosmetic tattoo results are semi-permanent, and will require periodic maintenance to restore colour intensity & tone. In most cases, we recommend a top-up service every 2 to 3 years.   

RESULTS: Healed results will vary with each individual client. Although we use premium products & provide a quality service, we have no control over what occurs during the healing process or how your skin responds to the tattoo. With this in mind, we do NOT guarantee final results, number of sessions needed or how long the tattoo will last. Make-Up may still be required based on healing and type of service. All services are NON-REFUNDABLE.

CORRECTIVE WORK: If you have an existing tattoo from another artist and you are interested in a cover-up, you MUST submit a clear, day-light photo via text or e-mail before booking your appointment. We need to determine if the area is "workable". Cover-ups are more time consuming than working on "virgin" skin & generally require multiple sessions. Additional Touch-Ups will be charged accordingly. Results may not last & are NOT guaranteed.   

PRE-CARE / AFTER CARE: It is critical that you follow all Before & After-Care Instructions. They are not a suggestion but a requirement to be eligible for the procedure. 

GUESTS: For safety reasons, we do not allow guests in the treatment room during the tattoo part of the procedure. Any friends or family members accompanying you to the procedure must wait in our waiting area during treatment. 

PRICING: Listed Prices do NOT include applicable tax (5% GST). Prices are subject to change without notice. All appointments will be charged according to PRICE LIST in effect at time of booking. 

PROCEDURE REFUSAL: We withhold the right to refuse treatment to clients that we deem unfit to undergo the tattoo process. This includes anyone under the age of 18, anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, clients who arrive with excluding medical conditions, clients who are not in compliance with ALL Pre-Care Instructions, clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and anyone with unrealistic expectations, hesitant or unable to make a decision about the procedure.  ​
